Ingredients


Makes: 36 cookies
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) butter
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 C (250 ml) peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp (2,5 ml) salt
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract
  • 1 C (250 ml) flour, plus 1/2 C extra (add the extra flour if your peanut butter is heavy in oil)
  • 1/2 tsp (5 ml) baking soda
  • 1 C (250 ml) dark chocolate chips

Preparation


 
  • Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  • Cream butter and both sugars. Add egg and beat well.
  • Beat in peanut butter, salt, and vanilla extract.
  • Add flour and baking soda. Beat until smooth. Add chocolate.
  • Roll cookies into 1" (2.5 cm) balls. Place on Sheet Pan lined with Bake & Roll, and press flat.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until lightly golden.
